Since its establishment in 1984, ETC has been specialized to the development, manufacture and sale of Reflow Oven in electronic SMT's equipment for 33 years.
Reflow Oven equipment in the SMT process is mainly heated by infrared red or VPS, but our company has been developing Reflow Oven with a hot-air circulation system that has both low-priced, non-infrared radiation and uniform heating characteristics. Many customers with highly recognition of the revolution of such Reflow Oven and lead it toward market standard.
Beginning in the second half of 1990, lead-free solder electronics became more popular, ΔT was more stringent on temperature fluctuations, demand for Nitrogen Reflow Oven was increased, and customers were prefer using the device, and ETC began to develop and produce high-performance Nitrogen Reflow Oven.
Lead-free Reflow Oven investment expanded after 2005, high-melting point lead-free solder requires higher power consumption (CO2), in order to promote global warming countermeasures, compared to other competitors, our company focus on energy-saving and low-power model.
In 2010, the in-line vacuum N2 less void Reflow Oven is being run into operation continuously for the mass production of SMT products with high reliability, such as global climate change countermeasures to reduce CO2 emissions, non-petrochemical, environmental friendly and energy saving technologies. The high quality of Vacuum N2 Reflow Oven once again getting the domestic and foreign customers highly recognition.
There is always the problem of flux adhering to the component falling easily to the board. ETC developed a highly efficient flux recovery system that completely solved this problem. In the 24-hour continuous production of the factory test with six months time evaluation, the result is very good. Last year, the RN152 series of high performance N2 Reflow Oven with high performance flux recovery system, due to good results, this year, we introduced the Vacuum N2 Reflow Oven RNV1622 series.
